Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the curtain display floor.
• Guide and support the curtain sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure an attractive and organized display of curtain collections.
• Handle customer queries and provide expert advice on fabric, style, and customization.
• Coordinate with the tailoring and fitting teams for smooth execution of orders.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or fast-moving items to the purchase team.
• Maintain cleanliness and decorum of the floor area.

Requirements:
• Experience in curtain or furnishings retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and order processing.
